This document is signed by the seller (owner) of the property and as such represents the current owner&#8217;s permission for the property in question to be pledged for the housing loan to the buyer.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThe pledge statement can be prepared by a public notary regardless of the municipality for which they are competent. After preparation, signing, and certification, the public notary electronically sends the pledge statement to the cadastre and the bank.
